President's Discusses Memorial Day in Weekly Radio Address
Radio Address by the President to the Nation
May 29, 2004
[...]Through our history, America has gone to war reluctantly because we have known the costs of war. And in every generation, it is the best among us who are called to pay that price. Those who have paid those costs have given us every moment we live in freedom, and every living American is in their debt. We can never repay what they gave for this country. But on this holiday, we acknowledge the debt by showing our respect and gratitude. (emphasis ours)
This from a President who went to war greedily, and who still doesn't understand the terrible costs of his war.
Your website is hilarious. Why don't you go visit the nice people in Fallujah that Bush is harassing. I'm sure they would love to have you visit. They will probably celebrate your arrival. I'm not sure I understand all of they justification stuff though. I would think that the classified intelligence information couldn't be shared by the president to just anyone in the American public. I do feel sorry for the military personal that are being forced against their will to join the military and go to Iraq. I don't think anyone should be forced to join the military.
